Shipping Methods

All website orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or US Postal Service within the continental United States. Any other requested methods of shipping will be paid for at the customer’s expense. Please call (201)-843-6515.

All shipments are processed Monday thru Friday, holidays not included.

Our staff will acknowledge your order via email upon receipt. We will make every effort to ship your order within two to three business days from our stock. While we stock a significant inventory to support both our retail store and our web store, occasionally stock conditions require us to Special Order or Backorder an item to fulfill your purchase. In that case you will be notified. In most cases, this will not be necessary, but we do appreciate your patience. You may check the status of your order by calling Mon. thru Fri. 10am to 5pm at (201)-843-6515. Backorder delays are indicated to the best of our ability at the time of order. Receipt of a confirmation indicates only that your order has been received, NOT a guarantee of availability.

Internet and Phone Order Return Policy Only

Exchanges – We will gladly exchange any item you receive from our website within 7 days of delivery. Just return your purchase in unworn condition in the original box and enclose a note stating your preference. Additional shipping fees are at the customer’s expense. All items sold as CLEARANCE ITEMS are a FINAL SALE.
Returns – You may also return your website or phone purchase in unworn condition in the original box for a full refund within 7 days. Shipping fees are not refundable. All items sold as CLEARANCE ITEMS are a FINAL SALE.
