Shipping Methods

All website orders will be shipped via UPS Ground within the continental United States at $5.00 per pair. Any other requested methods of shipping will be paid for at the customer’s expense. Please call toll free at 1-(877)-416-3541.

All shipping is based on Monday thru Friday and does not include weekends or holidays.

Sorry we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes

Our staff will acknowledge your order via email upon receipt. We will make every effort to ship your order within two to three business days from our stock. While we stock a significant inventory to support both our retail store and our Internet customers, occasionally stock conditions require us to Special Order or Backorder an item to fulfill your order. We therefore request that you allow approximately three weeks for delivery of your orders. In most cases, this will not be necessary, but we do appreciate your patience. You may check the status of your order by calling toll free Mon. thru Fri. at 1-(877)-416-3541. Backorder delays are indicated to the best of our ability at the time of order. Receipt of a confirmation indicates only that your order has been received, NOT a guarantee of availability.

Internet and Phone Order Return Policy Only

Exchanges – We will gladly exchange any item you receive from our website within 7 days of delivery. Just return your purchase in unworn condition in the original box and enclose a note stating your preference. Additional shipping fees are at the customer’s expense.
Returns – You may also return your website or phone purchase in unworn condition in the original box for a full refund within 7 days. Additional shipping fees are not refundable.
