Returns Policy

Our 60 Day Return Policy

Before you place an order, it is extremely important that you make sure that you want the item(s). If you have any questions, you must contact us and ask questions before placing your order.

We will only accept returns on unused, unaltered products in original packaging with all accompanying manuals, instructions, and accessories. We cannot accept returns for opened products where the packaging has been damaged.

You may return an item(s) within 60 days of the order ship date. Returned item(s) must be new/unused/unopened and in the same condition that the item(s) were received.

Due to safety considerations and legal/regulatory reasons, Ammunition & Guns may not be returned. Holsters may only be returned in new, unused condition for hygiene reasons. 

Please inspect the box for all items before discarding packing materials. If your order is missing an item, you must notify us within three days of delivery.

 

Restocking Fee

10% Restocking Fee – Items that can be returned to inventory for resale (sealed in their original condition and never used)

25% Restocking Fee – Items that have been opened from their original packaging and cannot be sold as brand new but are still in new/unused condition.

Return shipping is your responsibility unless the return results from our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). We suggest you ship the item via a tracked carrier to confirm it arrived; we are not responsible for lost return packages. We can't process your refund if we don’t receive the return.

Original shipping is non-refundable. Items that shipped for Free will be refunded minus the original cost of shipping.

Manufacture Defects

We ask that you contact us first for any manufacturing defects/issues/malfunctions. Provide as many details as possible and attach pictures of the defective item if applicable. 

We want to ensure that our customers are happy. We will refund or replace the defective item and deal directly with the manufacturer if you receive a defective item. You will receive a return label to ship the defective item to us.

Please Note: Some vendors prefer to deal directly with the customer regarding defective items, in which case we will provide all necessary contact information and facilitate where possible.

 

How do you start a return?

1. Submit a Return Request via the Contact Us page.

2. Select Return Request under the Reason for Contact drop-down, type in your order #, and select an option under Reason for Return.

We recommend the customer provides as many details as possible to ensure we have all the necessary information to process the request. Please allow 1-2 business days to process the returns request. If a return request were placed over the weekend or holiday, it would be processed the next business day.

We will NOT process a return that has not been authorized.

Refund Time Frame

Customers should expect their refund within four weeks of giving their package to the return shipper; however, they will receive a refund much more quickly in many cases. This time includes the transit time for us to receive the return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process the return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes the customers bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

 

Firearm & Ammo Returns

Due to safety considerations and legal/regulatory reasons, Ammunition & Guns may not be returned.
